Order & Payments – Get Stello

1. How to Place an Order

  • Browse our products and select the variant you want.

  • Click “Add to Cart”, then “Checkout” when you’re ready.

  • On the checkout page, fill in your shipping and billing information.

  • Review your order before confirming — make sure everything (product, quantity, shipping address) is correct.

2. Accepted Payment Methods
We support a variety of payment options for your convenience and security:

  • Credit / Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.)

  • PayPal

  • Other local or region-specific payment gateways (if applicable)

All payments are processed securely via our payment provider.

3. Payment Authorization & Verification

  • When you place an order, we may perform validation checks or request authorization from your payment provider.

  • If we are unable to authorize the payment, the order may be canceled, and we will notify you.

4. Pricing & Currency

  • All prices are displayed in store currency, e.g., EUR / USD and include applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.

  • We reserve the right to update prices at any time, prior to order confirmation, due to changes in costs, currency fluctuations, or other supply-chain variables. Terms

  • If the price of your order changes after you place it (very rare), we will notify you and allow you to cancel or confirm the updated order.

5. Order Confirmation

  • After you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order number, details, and estimated shipping date.

  • Please keep this email handy — you’ll need your order number for any future inquiries or support.

6. Payment Security

  • We use secure, PCI-compliant payment processing to protect your payment information.

  • Your card or payment details are never stored on our servers.

7. Payment Issues / Failed Payments

  • If your payment fails:

    1. Double-check your card details, billing address, and payment method.

    2. Try using a different payment method (e.g., PayPal).

    3. Contact your bank or payment provider if the issue persists.

  • If we cannot process your payment, we will email you with next steps or to cancel the order.

8. Taxes & Duties

  • For orders delivered within [your country/region], taxes (VAT / GST / sales tax) are included in the displayed price.

  • For international orders: Customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or other fees charged by your country. These are not covered by Get Stello.

9. Order Cancellations

  • You may request to cancel your order before it ships by emailing us at support@getstello.shop. Please include your order number in the email.

  • Once the order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible; you may instead return the item (see our Returns Policy).

10. Refunds & Returns

  • For details on how to return a product or request a refund, please visit our Returns & Policies page.

  • Refunds will generally be made to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Please allow a few business days for the refund to show in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
